Title

Associate Professor, Division of Nephrology

Research Interests

  • IgA nephropathy and gene      polymorphism

  • CKD and sleep disorder

  • CKD and ambulatory blood pressure

  • Clinical outcomes analyses

Dr. Zhang’s early work focused on the genetic studies of IgA nephrology. His current interest is the mechanism of abnormal AMBP and the relationship of AMBP and target organ damage and clinical events in CKD patients. Dr. Zhang’s other interests include the sleep disorder and it’s effect in CKD patients.
