Dr. XIE has been involved in the field of spine surgery & orthopeadic for the past 12 years. He has full experiences of clinical diagnosis and therapy in spinal degenerative disease, spinal cord injury, spinal tuberculosis, spinal deformities, osteoporosis, etc. He’s good at various minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS) including percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy (PELD), percutaneous endoscopic interlaminar lumbar discectomy(PEID), posterior percutaneous endoscopic cervical  discectomy, microendoscopic discectomy (MED), interbody fusion assisted with endoscopy or tubular retractor, extreme lateral interbody fusion(XLIF), percutaneous pedicle screw fixation, percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP), percutaneous kyphoplasy (PKP) and anterior cervical discectomy and fusion(ACDF). He’s also proficient in master correction of scoliosis and kyphosis, as well as resection and reconstruction for tumor of spine and pelvis. He especially focuses on spinal merastasis tumor study and clinical research.
